REDR will showcase the benefits of participatory LEADER local development at the 75th United Nations General Assembly

After participating in two high-level events on localization of the SDGs in Seville and New York -in the framework of the UN General Assembly-, REDR has been selected as part of the 17 global speakers who will participate in the different events scheduled within the 75th General Assembly of the United Nations, which begun September 21.

REDR opted for the LEADER participatory local development method as one of the candidates for the 5Th Global Entreps Awards, for its ability to contribute to achieving the SDGs at the local level.

This year REDR will have an audiovisual space on September 25 during the presentation of UN75, to explain the motivations that have led us to promote LEADER as an optimal governance methodology to locate and contribute to the fulfillment of the SDGs around the world. UNGA75 will be attended by UN75, UNDP, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and other public figures, who will be able to learn about LEADER first-hand.
