The project would consist of stimulating and consolidating entrepreneurial attitudes and skills of the women in the rural zones. The project will be sustained in the following actions of:

1. Diagnosis: technologies of the production, better available technologies in relation with the environment, industrial design, NTIC, needs of innovation, flexible formulae of employment.
2. Formation: identification of possibilities of employment in the rural zones (NYE), elaboration of business plans, training in women';s labour advisings.
3. Accompaniment to the creation and consolidation of companies and associations constituted by women.
4. Sensitization and diffusion of the rural development with gender perspective and actions promoted by women.
